I'm leaving DU

For the next 10 days.:)

The reason is that I have a whole shitload of schoolwork and studying to do for finals week, and I've decided to unplug my computer until May 12 and not use it at all, because it will be very tempting for me to stay glued to DU and miss the opportunities for doing my schoolwork and studying for exams.

This is stuff I REALLY have to do this next week or so in order to maintain halfway-decent grades. I just have to put my priorities in order. School is number one right now.

I already have lots of shit I need to get done just TODAY, and I really don't want DU to be a distraction for me.

I hope you all understand.

It's a damn good thing DU, or the widespread use of the internet for that matter, wasn't around when I was in college or I'd probably STILL be trying to graduate!

so I'm pretty much screwed.

I'm in the middle of writing a paper right now, actually. But the fact that I graduate whether I do it or not makes it hard to stay on task.
