They KNOW that semen leaks from mens penis' without even sexual arousal being a factor. If they are looking for HIS semen on HIS clothing, then they are trying to CREATE a fake case against him.

This is a frame-up - there is no doubt about it.

They could have semen from another source and this would back it up that what they have is 100% Jackson come.

If that was the case they would merely need to take a DNA sample from Jackson, not go digging around in his underwear drawer.

What they are trying to prove is that he came in his pants or bed. Of course both could have come from purely non-sexual causes (as I said, semen can leak when sleeping, for example).

If they want to compare the DNA of a stain on the child's clothes for example, they actually couldn't legally do it except by reference to a sample taken directly from Jackson. The semen on the child's clothes and on Jackson's clothes might have come from the same source, but still not be from Jackson (an employee for instance, or the child himself) the only way to confirm identity is to compare against known DNA taken from the suspect.
