Finland disappears. Check with Germany.
Helsinki, , Apr. 30 (UPI) -- German and European Union map makers accidently removed Finland from a map designed celebrate the union's diversity.

A spokesman for Germany's government admitted the glitch that made it into newspapers as a half-page advertisement, Helsingin Sanomat reported Friday.

The spokesperson noted that a good deal of Northern Sweden had also gone missing. The Atlantic islands owned by Spain and Portugal are also absent from the map.
