Boy!...Revenge is sweet! (Traffic Accident)

I went over to a Friends house today and we thought we'd go out to and get something to eat. So..We're cruising along and I come up behind this guy in a SUV. Well, he's on his Cell-Phone and waving his arms
all over the place while he (of course) weaves his SUV from side to side like a drunken' sailor.
My buddy made a few choice comments...."another idiot..etc"

We're coming up to a stoplight and this guy is looking down at God-Knows-What...He sees that the cars are stopped about 2 seconds before he plows into the woman in front of him. My friend and I both knew he was gonna do it...it was pretty obvious.

The Woman is not really hurt (as far as I know) but I pull over into a gas station and wait for the cops to come. The cop comes and this
Fucker Lies and says the woman backed into him. I noticed another Woman had pulled over with us and realized she was beside me and had also seen the guy on his cell-phone.

Well, the cop comes over us and we told him the truth and how the guy had his eyes everywhere else except the road....Heh..Heh..Heh

I could tell the cop was pissed because the guy lied to him. He walked back to the guy and the dude called the cop an asshole.

All 3 of us who witnessed the accident almost had an orgasm when the cop wrote the dude 4 tickets!

Damn!..it felt good to see one of these bastards finally get nailed.

To those of you who might think I'm being mean...How would you feel if he had hit your Loved-One and killed him/Her because he wouldn't put his cell-phone down and DRIVE!

In the course of my job (I'm a delivery driver), I see more assholes in SUVs and on cell phones, putting the rest of us in danger, than you can possibly imagine. It always does my heart good to see one of those motherfuckers get nailed! :thumbsup:

5. As one of those rare (or at least not often seen) people...

namely a considerate person with a cell phone (I'm not sure if we're not seen because we're just too discrete or too rare) people have to be absolutely insane to talk on the phone while in city traffic. I just don't understand how people can think that this is even close to a good idea.

I mean talking on the phone while on the interstate in the middle of nowhere is one thing, but in traffic, you're just asking for an accident....

I'm glad that talking on cell phone while driving is illegal in NY state. Should be everywhere. it doesn't keep the assholes from talking on their cell phones, but at least when they cause an accident, they'll get an extra high dollar ticket included in the bunch of tickets they'll be getting.

This guy deserves what he got. I saw a lady run right through a stop sign the other day while yakking on a cell phone - fortunately she didn't hit me or anyone else.

Another beef - a few weeks ago I actually saw a lady READING A BOOK TO HER CHILDREN as she was driving! Not while stopped at stoplights - while her car was in forward motion! The kids were sitting in the back seat while she held up the book and read from it to them. I was SO angry.

STUPID PEOPLE!!!!!!! Glad you took the action you took - have no compunction whatsoever about it!

While I'm glad this idiot received 4 tickets, I'm a little suprised he wasn't arrested for lying and verbally assaulting a police officer. I hate to point out the obvious but since he wasn't arrested I can assume he wasn't a teenager or a minority.

And as for you...good job. That woman never deserved to get rear ended (I hope she doesn't have whiplash) and she certainly shouldn't have to deal with this ass lying and blaming the collision (can't call it an accident) on her.

I hope his insurance company raises his rates.
