1. No, I think that's an incorrect assertion.
I think homosexuals are entirely capable of falling in love and do, just like heterosexuals.

It's not a straight-gay thing, it's a man thing. And men can, and often do, fall in love.

It's just that some of us (myself NOT included) are into being tomcats for a while. I've seen this with gays, and with straights like myself. I suspect that gays have the advantage, here, since straight guys who fuck around have to a.) lower their standards, or b.) be incredible jerks to their erstwhile partners when they tire of them, or c.) both.
