4. That and granola.....

you take 5 cups of the oats, not the fast stuff but the traditional, mix 1/2 cup of honey & 1/2 cup of cooking oil, mix 'em with the oats. Add some uncooked almonds, ditto sesame seeds, spread it on a cookie sheet & toast it in a low heat oven for like 2 hours. Add some sunflower seeds, sprinkle some vanilla & almond extract over it, & there you are. Add fruit as you will.

Wait a minute - why am i telling you guys this? Aren't you the ones who were waiting for old hippies like me to croak so you could acquire my flannel shirts & birks? Well, yer not gettin' 'em, I say. I'll let ya have the granola recipe, but that's it!

Frosted Flakes used to be called Sugar Frosted Flakes. Then parents complained and they changed the name. :(
