3. Manos sucessfully put me, my husband, and my younger brother to sleep...
in the middle of the afternoon.

Mitchel is probably my favorite MST3K, but Manos is a must watch if you can get through all the driving.

Oh, just in case you didn't know they are re-releasing "Refer Madness" with added narration by Mike Nelson.

My hubby and I are very excited.

5. very cool
I have seen the MST3K treatment of Manos on video tape, just hoping the DVD has that extra feature. :D

Mike Nelson has a web page up - he shares a lot of my bad tastes in B-movies. :-)

6. Doesn't the DVD also come with the film sans the MST3K treatment?
It would be morbidly fascinating to sit through that film just once as the drive-in audiences of 1966 did.

Well, not quite as they did. After all, I wouldn't be getting my rocks off with a pimply-faced blonde in the back seat of a Rambler!

9. Worst movie ever

was the 1969 CHE!, with Omar Sharif and Jack Palance.

The zoom out shots to the "on the scene" narrator are priceless.

I hear that Steven Soderbergh is doing a remake due out in 2005.

13. I was just going to post that
Everytime I think of Manos, Eegah! automatically comes to mind. The two are tied as worst/best movies in my mind.
