Who do you think is the best movie villain?
I think Count Dracula is the best movie villain ever. He's scary, he's a vampire, he kills, and he is immortal. Most things can't kill him except a spike to the heart or sunlight. You can't get anymore evil than him. :)

Who do you think is the best movie villain?

From Twin Peaks....

Windom Earle: Your name, please?
Major Briggs: Garland Briggs.
Windom Earle: Garland, what do you fear most... in the world?
Major Briggs: The possibility that love is not enough.

Leo Johnson is wearing the rear end of a horse costume
Windom Earle: Leo! It looks like you've finally found your calling!

Windom Earle: The only thing Columbus discovered was that he was lost!

10. Darth Vader.
I once saw footage of an abortion protest with a sign reading "abortion is murder" and a big poorly drawn Darth Vader.

Now that's a good movie villian.

11. Benedict (Charles Dance) from
The Last Action Hero.

But the choice for really evil, nasty, icky villian (though still with a sense of humor, and he knows how to party) I'd pick Lector.

14. Such a sexy actor
who played such an epitome of evil. That role plus his preacher intent on killing children definitely give Mitchum the title of most evil movie villain.
