LOS ANGELES (CBS.MW) -- In more upheaval at Disney, two top executives at the company's troubled ABC network have left their posts, a third has seen his duties cut, and the network is undergoing a massive overhaul, the company said Tuesday.

Lloyd Braun, chairman of ABC's entertainment group, and Susan Lyne, its president, were fired. Braun, who reportedly feuded with Disney executives, was expected to leave but Lyne's departure was a surprise. Lyne is to be replaced by Stephen McPherson, president of the company's Touchstone Television production group.
