What is your lamest guy moment?
I had a bad one today, I was driving downt he road and saw some newborn Lambs in a field with their mom on the side of the road. Then in the most un-manly, wimpy voice I said "Awww Lambs"

Yup, I got hit by the cute bug. Lucky for me no-one was in the car.

You?

3. Ever had a fawn lick your hand?
Edited on Tue Apr-20-04 09:21 PM by camero
I did when I was 4 on the way back to MD from Cali with my mom and her ex-bf. The little thing just walked right over to us and I stuck my hand through the chain linked fence.

5. No, but I had a deer attack me
I was feeding it by hand and when I ran outta food, it bucked me. I then proceeded to freak out and grabbed my BB gun. I then pump about 25 shots in to the bush the deer ran into

6. Hi Heyhey
Is there anyway you could make this post more inclusive? You must have seen the ruckus tonight in the Lounge with many on this board feeling they are not welcome. I guess women aren't welcome on your thread either.

8. whoa...settle down there
This is just because a few days ago someone had a "guy's what was your greatest guy moment?" Thread. I don't recall a greatest woman moment, feel free to begin one. I would but being a guy, I wouldn't have a woman moment to start of with.

10. Happened when I was a tank crewman in the Army. Nice way to build a
macho rep. I was in the dayroom of the barracks watching TV with some of the guys. We were indulging in suitably macho shop-talk when a dog food commercial with lots of cute puppies came on the TV. I said something like: ".....yeah, man. When our tank hit the hardball, we really punched it. Like, we tore UP that road and *squeaky falsetto* oh look at the DOOOOOOOOOOOGS!*.......uh, ahem, uh.....anyway, we were up next for the proficiency course, and........"

My reputation went out the window. :P

16. Hi sweetie. Didn't know you were on at this time of night.
:hi:

So, it's 'ristus now instead of 'Ari', huh? Well, it's a move in the right direction, anyway.

18. Yeah, I'm up...
it's only 9:40 here. :)

I'm trying to find a pet name for you so bear with me til I find one that works. You REALLY didn't like Ari (even though it made me think of Ari Onassis rather than Fliescher). Not sure how I feel about 'ristus. I suppose there's always "THOR the Mighty Love God". ;)

20. I froze up and wept when a friend asked me how exciting it was to be...
Edited on Tue Apr-20-04 10:02 PM by JVS
moving into the dorms.

We were highschool chums, but I had spent the night at the hospital with my mother and brother because my grandmother had a heart attack. But the next day was moving day and I didn't know how easily it could be done another day. At around 6AM the doctors told us that grandma had slipped into a coma and that all we could really do was wait for her to die. At 10 we left to go to school (only 15 minutes away) to get the key and move in a few essentials. There I bumped into my friend who said "Isn't it great to be moving into college finally?" I tried to explain why I wasn't exited I choked out "My grandma is dying" and started sobbing. My friend gave a sympathizing frown and we walked out of the lobby in separate directions to return to our respective families. My mother, brother and I returned to the house where dad informed us that grandma had died.

Perfectly natural honourable reaction...come on haven't you ever cried because a guy at the bar scared you or something?

I consider it a lame experience because it truly sucked. I really wasn't ready to be out in public yet

24. Most of my guy moments are lame
I don't know dick about sports or cars (although I know I love my Beemer!), I don't care about bars or tools or trucks or outdoor stuff. I'm a big ol' sissy!
