The fantasy is this: I'm driving home and I see an abandoned kitten by the road. I stop, pick it up, and by the time we get home I've so bonded with the little critter that Mrs. V. can't bear to tell me "we're full up -- you have to find it a home."

I do so want a new kitten, but god help me, we have six cats and they are the absolute maximum we can handle.

What would you really, really like to have that you know would not be good for your life?

5. Are You Me?

I have similar fantasies. Of course, it's the Loved One, who is always complaining that we have too many cats, who finds the stray the we just gotta take in.

I am either the dullest person on earth or the most hedonistic - I don't want anything that's bad for me that I don't already have.

On second thought, I'm going with "dull" as I sometimes really, really want a V8, which is bad for me because of the potassium content.
