Maybe about 70 miles away. No fatalaties, and some minor damage.

The point is that the way Comcast does it is the most obnoxious way possible - back when it was AT&T that ran cable in this area, they just maybe let off one beep or so and blocked a tiny part of the screen with a small ticker explaining the warning.

...the Emergency Alert System sent not one, but two, tests over the air within five minutes of each other. And on a weekend night! Christ, that was fucking annoying.
