I just bought a bunch of bumperstickers
I'm so tired of seeing cars with right-wing BS stickers.

I bought:

ANYBODY BUT BUSH
RE-DEFEAT BUSH 2004
THE ONLY BUSH I TRUST IS MY OWN
WHO WOULD JESUS BOMB?
BRING THEM HOME NOW

With plenty to share with my family and friends.

If your interested, I bought them at Northern Sun.

I feel better now!

1. I saw : Simpson/Flanders '04 today
pretty darn funny -- except that there's nothing funny about this election. Our survival depends on the redefeat of the little jackass and The Dick.

2. Oh, I think we're beyond recriminations now...
The big picture is, * only helps his corporate sleazebag human garbage buddies.

Reagan was the same.

Carter made a big statement in 1980 about the future and oil. Despite people having lived through a terrible oil crisis, people still said "Up yours" to him and voted for Reagan.

You know what? Society might be getting what it deserves. If nothing less than a situation that'll make the 1970s oil crunch seem like a Sunday picnic by comparison.

The fact 45% still like Dipshit* speaks volumes.

With a collapsed economy, only the mega-rich can afford the necessities for they will be ultra-expensive. While they think their money will save their despicable asses, it won't. With society in tatters, we'll also seen riots unlike any seen before.

All of this is speculation. Time reveals all. Personally, I've already bought "Final Exit" for when the time comes. May that time be long, but I don't see society switching.

Even a coworker, who is the ultimate epitome of your 'average joe', only knows what the mainstream media says about oil: "Get off of foreign oil because all the people there are terrorists with a funny religion". They don't think about possible ramifications, unless it's their retirement (she doesn't even know that her job might be toast in a couple of months either as the new software coming into place will make her job obselete... I'm partly worried about mine too.). If people had, society would be a better place and much more likely TO survive.
