5. League of Gentlemen

Not the upcoming Connery movie rather the bizarre UK comedy troupe. Their show is dark, dark and twisted, but funnby as hell.

From the vet who kills every single animal he touches to the butcher who serves the "special" meat comsistently wonderfully sick.

10. Brasseye - the Paedogeddon edition.......

The whole Brasseye series was dark, dark humour, but the episode which satirised tabloid coverage of paedophilia was the darkest thing I have ever seen, and certainly one of the funniest too.

And the episode referring to notorious childkiller Myra Hindley was also very dark...
