North Korea Offers To Help Repair American Nuclear Power Plants
Seoul - Kim Jong II, the leader of North Korea extended an olive branch to the United States today, when he offered to send experts from North Korea's nuclear weapons development team to assist in the repair of American nuclear power plants currently offline.
