Listened to beautiful music on NPR yesterday.
On Thursdays show "Day to Day" with Alex Chadwick. Sioux indian, Bonnie Jo Hunt, opera singer mixes her voice with the sound of crickets.Sounds crazy, but beautiful beyond belief.I found on kwgs.org out of Tulsa. Click on programs to find site.Really picked me up.

1. You always hear amazing snippets of music on NPR
I always mean to look them up, but forget.

3. Indeed, the day before I heard a piece
That prompted me to buy the albumn. Adrienne Young, and her albumn "Plow to the End of the Row" Nice old timey stuff, with a new twist. You can order it at <http://www.adrienneyoung.com>

I always hear stuff on the NPR that you don't hear about anywhere else. Just goes to show that most of the time the big time, big business music industry doesn't know what it is talking about.

2. All Songs Considered
is their show about the music they feature on the rest of NPR programing.

You can look up the show at NPR.org. Unfortunately, we don't get it here in Chapel Hill.

the awesome beauty of this planet then I don't know what the heck will.. I am constantly inspired and humbled by the "little" things - they are the magic of life. It's very sad that so many of us have forgotten how to appreciate them.
