next to another historic document ... the Rosetta Stone ... which was found in Egypt but is now in London ... who knew the Rosetta Stone would be a historic document when it was chiselled? and, Condi Rice has already said the DPB is a historic document which is why she is a doctor and stuff ... and, how weird is it that, today, President Mubarak is standing next to me ... coincidence?
