1. Well, since network television seems to have more patience for crap than

they do for actual good, intelligent stuff (Angel, Sports Night, Freaks and Geeks), I think it'll be on for awhile, sadly.

2. I haven't heard of it

but after seeing them on SNL a few weeks ago, I thought they were actually pretty funny and likeable. I can see them doing a decent variety show.

But then, I miss the golden age of variety shows, and would love to see the genre come back.
