What's the latest Hallibuton/Overcharge/Pentagon/ArmyCorpEng news?

I read early today that they'd been removed from the contract (Well only after a replacement can be selected) but then haven't heard anymore.
It seems that the Pentagon Investigators have not released them from the charges but the Army Corp did something that the WSJ thought was a clearing but was really just a waiver to keep screwing us.
