It's time to spit on these intitial rovian tactics...
Number One: As i have been saying for 6 months, rove will force the message of whoever we nominate that they can't win.

This is total bull shit. If the dems unite and jump behind any of the top candiates we most certainly can win. Bush has PA, WV., IL., and other states that are angry with him over job losses and the steel tariff.

Our party WILL have the money to do battle with Soros and other groups jumping in so early.

Bush has not given one reason for Gore states to switch and vote for him.

Nader isn't running. Greens can't stand bush. There are votes there that weren't there in 2000.

Number Two: To be angry is wrong they say. Well look what anger and hatred did for them. They assualted clinton for 8 years and didn't let up even when he left office! The hypocricy is appalling. It's the same they do with fundraising. Whatever we do is is ok, but don't you dare do it; then all of sudden it's wrong.

It's ok to be angry, and why shouldn't people be angry????

We were lied into war.

Workers have been under assault; rolling back safety measures in the work place, ergonomic related laws changed, job loss, jobs shipped overseas etc.

Enviromental rollbacks, air, water, the push to drill for oil anywhere and everywhere to feed halliburton.

Surpluses to record breaking deficits, forclosers, bankruptcies.

Stifling a 911 investigation, and taking 2 years to even start one, and allotting just 3 million dollars to do so.

States with unfunded mandates in education and first responders under Homeland Security.

Enron attacking California, "Get Shorty" and Lay and Skilling and the rest skating.

ALtering 2 EPA reports, one from 911 telling new yorkers were safe when they weren't; the other altering facts on global warming.

No leaker found yet! There are 2 senior administration felons in this adminstration.

The Patriot Act, need i say more?

And it's wrong to be angry????

Unite and don't fall for this rovian bull shit. Let's see them at the polls. Lets get the vote out.

1. Speak on it, brother!
Yes! "Nader isn't running. Greens can't stand bush. There are votes there that weren't there in 2000." Too true. If BBV is not a factor, Dumbya is toast!

7. I don't want Rove to pick our nominee.
So far he's doing a great job of it.

8. "That's the one *I* want!"
Edited on Sun Dec-28-03 10:21 AM by BiggJawn
Rove says that, and people think he's working some secret deal to have the selection go for Chimp.
Perhaps, Rove says "I want THAT one..." lets it leak to the press and the word spreads "Rove thinks so-and-so is weak enough for Shrub to beat..." because he's actually afraid thet his boy will have to face that one. Easier to let the internet do his dirty work for him.

Just MAYBE....Rove picks the STRONGEST one, and lets it leak that he wants to go up against him. Human nature being what it is, the rumours of back-room deals and "Rove wants so-and-so, they must be WEAK!" start going around.

Oh, and another thing...I'm angry.
