Mad cows apparently not scaring anybody around here, I just got back
from the meat market and got the very last prime rib roast they had. Sam (the owner) said business has been booming today.

it's hotdogs and hamburgers that are skeptical - they are made from the leftover bits. The nervous system is what carries the disease.

2. Yep, we grind all our own from chuck, sirloin etc. Beef & venison both.
;-)

(don't eat many hot dogs though...and only the turkey kind)
