Jon Stewart cover page of Newsweek double issue
Wow!!!!!! What a shot in the arm. I love it. They try and say he is non-partisan but let it slip he is "probably" liberal. They say he is sizzling hot. Hot Hot Hot. Made my day. Now if more people will tune in we will have allies. His rating are more than double that of Fox News.

2. Cool! My first post is
about Jon Stewart!

He's also in Time's people of the year. I haven't seen it yet, but heard he is in the issue where the soldier is "person" of the year.

Can't wait to pick up both magazines.

6. Nope...
That's what they do. They are psychotic creatures, we just have to accept it. Must be holiday stress -- give 'em some catnip and get 'em all drugged up.

4. Miscellaneous Jon Stewart
Jon Stewart uses Bush's own words to expose his lies
http://www.comedycentral.com/mp/play.php?reposid=/multimedia/tds/stewart/jon_7131.html

--------

"Today was Veteran's Day, a day to honor those brave Americans who have fought to defend our country - or in our president's case, a day to freak them out. Bush commemorated Veteran's Day by attending a ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, then signing the National Cemetery Expansion Act, which basically establishes new burial grounds for
veterans. So happy Veteran's Day - we wanted to give you health insurance but ..."

Daily Show Does Bush

And here's some cheering news: More people (4 million) tune in to The Daily Show in a given week than watched Fox news at the height of the war (3.3 million).

---------

"We have it. The smoking gun. The evidence. The potential weapon of mass destruction we have been looking for as our pretext of invading Iraq. There's just one problem - it's in North Korea."
--Jon Stewart

---------

"Some would argue that the president himself benefited from a form of affirmative action because as a C student, he only got into Yale because his father was a wealthy alumnist. But the White House counters that Saddam is a menace and must be stopped."
