1. Very cool Andy...

It seems that BBV is actually achieving some media cachet these days. And I guess this can't but help your campaign chances.

I find it fascinating how this issue has managed to breakthrough with the media in a way that no other progressive story has been able to for ages.

That said I always expected it would given its universal appeal and application. I Cringely's latest missive is very clear evidence of that - once people start thinking seriously about this issue it sort of bites em.

8. Since this is only on local

public access cable (which I don't get) it would be great if someone could do a video capture or get a tape from the program producer. I suspect some folks here could edit it down to the essentials, turn it into a mpeg and get it hosted somewhere. Assuming the interviewer is ok, this kind of media production could be very helpful to those who really don't relate well to the written word or have access to the kinds of resources I rely on. Once hosted, folks could download copies for further distribution. Eventually, the video and supplementary materials might be combined into a playable cd or vcd format and redistributed that way, much as is happening with "Uncovered."

I know that Andy has video capture capability, and could probably cut it down to the highlights by himself (if he has time to, that is) .

last week. Very impressive sharp lady. If Public Access TV is available to you, check it out now and then. Occasionally there are political presentations as well as yearly videos of Hemp Fest. Goddess Kring is a gas.
