"Bush was visiting privately with "some of our bravest troops," who have returned from Iraq and Afghanistan. He was to meet with about 30 soldiers admitted to the hospital for orthopedic injuries stemming from service in the two nations.

"I remember coming here a couple months ago to pin the Purple Heart on a fellow who lost both legs and one arm. Today, I saw him walking," Bush said, to loud hoots of approval.

The 57-year-old president spent about two hours Thursday morning getting MRIs, or magnetic resonance imaging scans, to help diagnose pain that bothers him when running.":argh:

Prescription: Kneepads

1. Think about it...
What do you think would have happened if he went to WR to get his MRI and didn't stop to see the troops?

The whore media would have gone along with it...so probably nothing..

2. Yeah, that line jumped out at me, too.
We're supposed to feel sorry for the Chimp because it hurts when he runs, while these guys' lives are permanently ruined because of him. Don't these guys wish they could run, or even walk?

They're nothing more than fodder for this president. Bush & Co.'s private army.

I hope the knee pain eventually wipes that smirk off of his face.

3. It's called multi-tasking.
And admired ability in business, but not worthy of the presidency in this matter.

5. Probably those he supposedly visited
while getting his own stupid weak knees mri'd did not even have knees.

So what if he cannot run anymore. That was all for photo ops anyhow. At the age of 57, he is not a young randy runner and further, he never was a runner. He was hoping to maintain that image, but, he and his stupid knocked knees would not allow it as he overdid it in trying to show the world he was really, really a runner. He NEVER was one. LOL

He is really all nothing but bragadoccio--trying so hard to maintain that "tough" guy image--that athelete image--he has NEVER been an athlete--he was a cheerleader, remember?
