Dean poised to break another bat
So far the latest Bat challenge is moving along swimmingly. Deaniacs have raised $311,373.69 of a $400,000 goal with 36 hours remaining. It's probable we will break the bat early tomorrow. This is the latest bat challenge to exceed expectations. Last week the bat to thank Al Gore for his support raised nearly $700,000 with a goal of $500,000.

The average contribution is $73.75 from 4,222 contributors.

1. Hey, good news about Dean!
People around here don't seem to care too much about that kind of stuff. Oh well, I'm just hoping that this quarter will be even more impressive than last. Maybe Gore has some friends..... I'm drooling over the thought of $20 million.

Really, congrats. I gotta say Dean does inspire a certain group of Dems (so does Clark, so do the others). $74 each from over 4200 people is a fine show of loyalty and dedication to Dr Dean.
