1. Thank you!
CBC News is one of North America's best news organizations. Almost on on par with the BBC.

2. Who the hell was that Rex guy who did a closing commentary??
Jeez, he could be on FAUX!

With all the huffing and puffing about Saddam's evil acts, he managed to leave out the fact that WE basically created the guy.....

Gawd, it was awful!

and very good on others, you just never know which Rex you might see.

3. A North American treasure
CBC news has a calming effect. This is one of those days that I don't mind one bit all the shenanigans and money I go through to get Canadian TV (and BBC World) piped into my place.

If I had to watch CNN all day long, I'd be beside myself. Seeing that two minutes of Judy Woodruff was enough to raise my blood pressure 20 points.

So far, this hour of the CBC gives new meaning to the phrase, dare I utter it, "fair and balanced."

4. I have for
all practical purposes turned the TV to Lifetime and old movies until this hoopla over Sadaam dies down. Surely it is discouraging to watch hour on hour of the coverage. Should calm down by the end of the week barring any other high profile case in which I hope it would be the CIA with something spectacular.

8. Thanks, Wonk. This is excellent. CBC is the best in North America.
Didya see Rummy in the Saddam bio?

Nice full screen shots.
