Assuming they don't capture Osama...

"One Down, Two to Go," with pictures of Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden and George W. Bush. That's even more potent because it reminds voters that Osama and Dubya are still lurking out there somewhere. I would also add the words "U.S. Allies" to remind voters that Osama and Saddam were even more closely allied to the U.S. than George W. Bush is.
