Don't take my word for it.

Accroding to Americans for Democratic Action, Lieberman voted liberal 85% of the time in 2002. This is more liberal than 21 Senate Democrats:

Blanche Lincoln 70%
Diane Feinstein 80%
Chris Dodd 80%
Joe Biden 80%
Tom Carper 80%
Bob Graham 75%
Bill Nelson 70%
Max Cleland 65%
Zell Miller 30%
Dan Akaka 80%
Dan Inouye 80%
Evan Bayh 70%
Tom Harkin 80%
John Breaux 65%
Mary Landrieu 70%
Max Baucus 75%
Ben Nelson 50%
Bob Torricelli 80%
Maria Cantwell 80%
Robert Byrd 75%
John Edwards 70%

1. What is the problem with Edwards?
Why the Wednesday morning focus on Edwards? I don't recall very many criticisms of him of late, and now there are two postings from Dean supporters regarding the hair-man.

Whassup wit dat?

Is he the new threat?

An enquiring public wants to know.

2. I like John Edwards
But I do think that it is unfortunate that may misinfomred poeple here bash Lieberman for being a conservative. Perhaps is people actually knew his record, they would focus thier energies elsewhere.

3. He has only himself to blame for that perception.
Using terms like 'axis of evil' doesn't make one sound particularly liberal, does it?

4. In politics, words often speak louder than actions...
And Lieberman has often been very supportive of the fascist regime.

5. But not with his votes
His voting record last year was just as liberal as Kerry's.

7. this race is messed up
I see this in two tiers:

you have Lieberman, who is a moderate running as a conservative,
Kerry, who is a liberal running as a moderate,
Dean, who is a moderate running as a liberal,
Edwards, who is a moderate/conservative running as a populist,
Clark, who is a conservative running as a liberal
Gephardt, who is a moderate running as who the hell knows what

Kucinich, who is a progressive running as a progressive
Sharpton, who is an liberal, running as a liberal
and Carol Mosley Braun who is a liberal running as a liberal

6. And here we are, on the Eve of 2004....
He obviously needs a new PR team, because lieberman walks like a ReTHUG, TALKS like a ReTHUG and most damning, one of my Ditto-Head friends told me today that he LIKES Lieberman. This is one of the guys who call the Big Dawg "Klintoon".

2002 is past history. Let's see what the present is and what the future holds.
