Poll question: Do you think that polls with Dean/Clark knee-jerk replies make polls use-
Edited on Sun Dec-07-03 01:24 AM by AP
less except that it's interesting to see who finishes in third place to get a sense of the truth?

I get the impression that, no matter what the question, some people will ALWAYS answer "Clark" or "Dean."

The interesting thing about this is that the invevitable knee-jerkiness of these two factions might be making the polls useless for deteriming anything at all about those candidates, and thus making third and forth place the most interesting slots.

So, do people here think that DU polling has become useless for guaging anything in relation to Dean and Clark (or anything that finishes first or second, ie, Clark or Dean)?

2. I definitely think they're useless polls
since the majority of posters in GD are Clarkites.

4. You all had your day, and didn't stand for much criticism of it.
Back then it was an honest reflection of demographics. Now it's just a bunch of people operating out of proportion to their representation in society?

6. Sounds about right, the Deanies now complaining that the

Clarkies tell their friends to come vote in the polls.

What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
