1. Why not do a psearch and find out for yourpself? Data gathered

here is not necessarily accurate as people can be mistaken about their state's laws.

cuz I'm really not that interested in owning a gun...
but I'm pretty sure MN falls in there.

We do have a 24 hour wait for Abortion now.

On edit: The poster above me was basically saying that mandatory waits on abortions were fine, and that only parents should decide whether their daughters could have abortions or not, not judges or the daughters themselves.

To that, I replied:

1. That was just trying to pick a fight; the question was a straightforward one about which states required a wait or parental consent for abortion, not about whether it was right to do it.

2. The Court shouldn't have more say, you're right; the child should have the only say regarding medical procedures that her parents might object to on ideological grounds. I also support the right of children of Jehovah's Witnesses to have blood transfusions without parental consent.
