Why Dean can beat Bush in 2004.
As it stands right now, 215,800 people have signed up for Dean. This is 16 months before the general election. I predict, and I don't think I'm stretching, that by this time next year there will be over 1 million people signed up to the campaign. That's a million potential small time donors, a million people with friends and relatives, a million people ready to go door to door to get the word out. This isn't a list of rich individuals and corporate donors. These are regular people who have been jacked in to the political system that has alienated them for so many years. The people who support him aren't waiting for some Party honchos to fashion or streamline a candidate to catch their attention. In a very real way the Dean campaign isn't really about Howard Dean. It's about all the regular people who sail in him. Dean is revolutionizing the democratic process and I plan to be there.

2. I agree and support him for much the same reasons
Hey the Republicans still aren't taking him seriously yet and that's good, because once they do it will be too late!!!

3. And the rest of us ...
will be supporting our candidates.

215,800 people; only 279,784,200 people to go.

4. Dean said when he announced in June that
Bush calls his fundraisers rangers and pioneers, but Dean supporters are Americans, and they want to volunteer. Bush could raise 400 million, but whatDean gets in support - money and grassroots would still beat it!

5. I'm there too.
I have never seen a campaign this energized. It gives me hope that democracy will prevail.
