No Backlash About Bush Using the HHS budget money for campaigning?
Last week, an article in our local paper stated that Bush used
hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Health and Human Services Budget for campaigning. Our local paper even had an editorial the next day condemning this action.

Why no outrage in the mainstream press? Why has this issue been allowed to die along with so many others.

Why isn't the average American boiling mad that this idiot took money directed to our people and used it for his non-stop campaigning.

Why is there no outrage over the fact that he continues to fundraise like crazy while our men are dying every day.

6. Too much to keep up with!
That's how they get away with what they do I swear! They do sooo much shit it is just overwhelming to figure out where to focus your attention. We need a national oversight committee to coordinate activist groups and hit the press hard over and over with all of these little ditties. What gets missed on a Bush news day might get through on a slow news day. I think Charlie Rangel brought this out, maybe an email campaign would let him know to hit it again.

7. It's true and here is how that weasel gets away with it.
Although he is REALLY campaigning, if he says a few words about any political topic..health care, BS like that, then he is entitled for his trip on AF1 to be paid for by taxpayer's money.

Nice, huh?

8. There are seventy million Americans...
...for whom the use of the Federal police power to compel Democrats to do what Republicans want (Texas, FAA/DHS) poses no problems whatsoever. They would doubltless like to see such excesses routinized. After all, Democrats don't have any Constitutional right to be wrong.

By comparison, the mere use of Federal money for campaigning by the ruling Junta is a peehole in the snow.

Welcome to the one-party state.
