Has Bush managed to make martyrs out of Uday and Qusay ?
Not to mention the 14 year old grandson of Saddam, once the Iraqi people hear the details of his death. Imagine the folklore around the Hussein Bros fighting off helicopters, missiles, and 200 of the most elite forces of the 101st Airborne. Of such are legends borne. Is this what will happen? Are the Iraqi people as inclined as others in the Middle East to make martyrs of their dead? And to think that anyone could be capable of making martyrs out of two such despicable characters?

2. I think w has made a very grave mistake
they should have captured them and made them stand trial. I can't stand to turn on the TV. James Zogby was on this morning saying what a mistake it is to show the dead bodies on TV.

3. Not among Iraqi expatriates in my neighborhood

All of the local Zippy Marts and liquor stores are run by Chaldeans, and they're still celebrating the death of Uday. They REALLY hated his guts.

BTW about 25,000 Iraqis (including expatriates and their US-born children) live in San Diego County.

4. They should have tossed in tear gas and taken them alive!....Bush didn't
want them alive though....This great Christian prefers them dead....They should have been questioned or put on trial...He's so dumb...it's mind-boggling!!!

9. No.
These two idiots who abused their power to do what they wished to anyone they crossed died like cornered rats. Only turning to fight when the option of running was removed from the equation.

I feel bad for the boy, it's tragic that he never lived to understand what an awful person he put his life on the line to defend.

The Hubris Boys, Little George, Limp Dick, and Rummy will pay dearly with our children's blood:grr:
