PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF BUSH DESECRATING A U.S. FLAG!!!

This is flag desecration, plain and simple. IF the Flag Protection amendment were in place today, this would be an impeachable offense.

around the idea...their HERO desecrates the USA flag....

some tried to blame it on the person that asked for the signature...typical reTHUGlican blame game...like the pResident of the United States couldn't say "no" and was forced to do it, so as not to offend the person requesting the signature...blamed it on Democratic people...hahahahaha....

they forgot that the pResident deserted his duty during the Vietnam war...

I would be willing to bet that privately, somebody pointed it out to him later on, and that he won't do it again. For all we know it may have been a liberal who handed it to him just to create some controversy.

55. rationalization
is the last refuge of a doubleminded freeper...

and if the freepers bothered reading their bibles, instead of using it for clubbing people who's ideas they're afraid of, they would know that a doubleminded man is unstable in all his ways...

but that would require them to take responsibility for what they allow themselves to think, and it's too pridefully American-like for them to be so inclined, considering pride goes before destruction and a haughty look before the fall....

According to Zviadist, "I wish I hadn't posted it. It is painful to watch." ( http://www.libertyforum.org/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=issues_misc&Number=775771&page=&view=&sb=&o=&vc=1&t=0#Post775771 ) Accordingly, I am granting his wish. This is what Zviadist thinks of you: "They are addicted to the state like heroin. They think the teat will never run dry. Dumb f*#$" (except he did not say f*#$- I know you can figure out what he did, or you can look for yourself. http://www.libertyforum.org/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=issues_misc&Number=775720&page=&view=&sb=&o=&vc=1&t=0#Post775720 ) Someone over there said to him, after he said "...You do your screen name justice with this fine post. I am astonished that so many others think the flag is some nothing -- like a sports programme or a baseball. Shocking!...", "Such a deliciously pious tone you've achieved. It must be all that protien. LOL!!" To which he replied "Now now now, remember: I'm posting on TOS. One must take a different tone with them. The pen can do very funny things." This whole affair reminds me of his advice on how to stir things up: Don't be silly. We who have known you for years know how clever you are. I was in no way implying otherwise. I was just saying that many Americans don't know the buttons to push with their Reps. You pushed a good one with your response. That you are smart enought to point out their bullsh!t will scare them. That is part of your power. Use that power sparingly, however, or you will be labeled a pain in the ass and ignored. There are many things you can do. Tell them you are a conservative, a life long Republican, and against the war and that you know many other conservatives against the war in the district. That will shake them up. Get five others from the district to duplicate your efforts..." I thought you all would like to know that you were trolled. Thanks, AM

24. This is the mentality we fight against...
I don't think a president like Bush can deface the flag but I think that a president like Clinton defaces it even by saluting it.

To them, Bush can do no wrong, ever. They live in a bizarre subjective black and white world where the exact same action taken by two seperate individuals is judged morally different.

58. Two pictures, two flags
I'm not a flag waver. I have what many would probably call an unhealthy lack of respect for strips of brightly colored fabric sewn together in interesting patterns, thanks to a remarkable high school English teacher who taught me the real meaning of "symbols" back in the good ol' days of the early 60s.

But I also have an unhealthy loathing for hypocrisy, and these two pictures illustrate the abyss of two-facedness the * administration and its legion of right wing fanatic supports have sunk into.

I wish I could afford to have a gazillion color copies of these justapositioned photos printed and slapped on every vehicle in Maricopa County with some stupid pro-* bumper- or window-sticker.

Since I can't afford that, maybe I'll just fax copies to every rightwing media outlet I know.
