And you are right. We can speak out however we want here and that's why I love it. Everyone may not agree or think you're a "whack-job" but that's okay.

6. As a realtive newcomer to DU

I've noticed a couple of things:

First, you folks (some day I will be able to say "We". I haven't earned that right yet.) literally put your money where your mouth is. You actively support candidates; fight back on meidawhore polls, write letters to newspapers, call congressmen and Senators, and, generally get the word out.

Secondly, In rural, mostly conservative Central Wisconsin, this is the only place I can feel at home. Sort of like "running free and wild with my own kind".
