You know...if Carville were this enthusiastic and well versed on Crossfire he would do alot better against the "bowtie-brainless" and "soon-to-be-CIA-dead-meat" that co-host the show.

That's why I watch it almost exclusively when Paul Begala is on....that boy can fight back.

Maybe I've been away from Crossfire for too long, but I can recall shows where the top of Jim's head is bright red and it looks like he's about to fly over the desk, grab someone by the shirt collar, and say, "lookie here you little motherfucker."

Sure, NOW he wants Democrats to stand up and fight.

Before the 2002 Congressional elections, he put out a paper urging Democrats to stand with the President on the war. He railed against being 'too radical' -- "Support the President!", he cautioned. And now look at where we are. He should have left the garbage can on his head (if you saw the Crossfire right after the 2002 election).

Now with him working with the Venezuelan elite to depose Chavez, I don't need to hear anything further from him.

Even Dick Morris probably says some things that sound good now and then, but that doesn't mean he isn't full of sh*it as well.

I agree with the gist of his message here, but his delivery of it doesn't help.

I'm on the verge of giving up or ever hoping for change.

We are simply too easily to manipulate which explains why we're in the mess we're in.

Nothing will ever change in this country. I'm really afraid Nader was right. It's going to have to get worse before it gets any better- they'll have to have us on the brink of hunger- risking homelessness because the banks want their precious money back, before we catch on and say NO MORE.

Shit is going down-hill fast for both parties yet all they each have to do is send out a cheer-leader and there we are! Cheering and waving at the sidelines as if they had never fumbled, stumbled and sabotaged the entire game. Carville is as bright and entertaining as hell but damn he's just one of the mascots. Is that all it takes to get people happy so that we stop looking at what's really wrong? A few words? A little cheer-leading for the losing team?


Yes, we DO indeed deserve this government! I'm tempted to turn my back on the whole thing because this entire game has gotten
pathological. I despair that anything will ever change until the rug is yanked from under people's dining room tables.

"I am telling you that there is so much at stake here. There is so much for us to fight for. There are so many people who don't want to give up the dream of generational promise.
