The Bushists Must Still Think Cheney Is Lord God Almighty
Why else would they keep dragging him out of hiding to make apologies for their bone-headed policies? Do they really think Americans give a shit what Cheney thinks about anything?

1. No silly! They are dragging him out because George is a pedestrian liar
This situation calls for an expert liar. Boy King steps all over his tongue when feigning sincerity.

2. You have a point
Cheney's monotone, Brezhnev apparatchik-style delivery is perfectly attuned to the Official Lie.

3. I loved all the cable news headlines: "CHENEY ON THE ATTACK!"

Snarlysneer will be the de facto standard for evil villains for decades...

Or maybe he'll share it with the other creeps:

4. Usually when I see the words "CHENEY" and "ATTACK" together
I'm thinking it might be good news.

5. Can't understand why...
Every time I see the evil bastard he's talking out of the side of his face with a forked tounge.

6. Scrapping the bottom of the barrel?
They trotted out Condi and Rummy which was a disastor. Colin, apparently has told them to bug off. Dragging out cheney shows how utterly desperate bush is. :bounce:

10. Soon they will need some new ones. You can tell how bad it is when...
out comes George Baker, ex sect of state and so far I have only seen him once in the last 2 weeks or so. They are saving him but I am betting he will be out soon unless he is out and in the back ground already.Does anyone know? I saw him on nat. TV so it maybe he is not being shown and he is around.

11. James Baker, you mean?
They're dragging out James Baker? Or George Schultz? Either way, if that's what they're doing, maybe they really are coming apart at the seams.

7. Cheney is able to offer excuses for the in-defensible...
Because George W. Bush is not capable of defending himself. Bush is an elitist, Bull Puppet. He has not the discipline of mind to articulate. Cheney is the de facto president.

9. When Cheney comes on, you know it's "from the top".
Cheney is their big gun -- the real CEO/COO of this corrupt cabal. When he's brought on stage, it's an indication of how the issue is getting close to the heart of their corruption. His "performance" was an indication of the madministration "taking to the barricades," IMHO. He merely reprised the overtly fallacious propaganda, seemingly presuming that citizens with even the most basic critical thinking skills are in the minority -- or are also so corrupt that they revel in deceit. It's a very sad commentary on the state of our "body politic" that Cheney clearly believes he can benefit the Reich with repeated regurgitation of such overtly fallacious and corrupt rhetoric.

12. When they drag out Cheney, you know they're in trouble...
They hope Cheney's snarling will scare us into submission. The buffoons. Let's see. Cheney, Rummy and Condi have all failed to deflect our attention. Their only hope to save the day now is Uncle Colin.
