So, Was The Saddam's Son's Ploy a Bust?
Whattaya think? Other stories still seem to be getting play and I think there will be a nasty blowback from releasing those pics. It made it's splash but the more serious and meaningful stories still continue to stick around, or so it would seem.

1. I note the 101st was attacked today; 3 dead
But the fact that it was this divison that attacked Saddams sons and the attack today was
"just a coincidence"
according to the spokesman in Iraq
:nuke:

2. Just a coincidence? Don't think so...
The deaths of SH's sons means nothing. The violence will continue...then what are they going to do?

4. Look at the photos & tell me that's Qusay's neck.
In photos of an alive Qusay, he has a thick neck & not much of a chin line. The photo of the allegedly deceased Qusay, shows a much thinner neck. I don't think Qusay got killed.

5. one was shot thru back of head, other thru side of head....
that's why they tilted the head....perhaps some American hero, a pathologist specializing in gun shot wounds will write a report on this...

they don't look anything like their CNN living photos, could be anyone, two guys with long hair and beards, one with the front of his face blown out...these photos are just a new and higher level of bush* justifying his war-mongering insanity, ordering political assassinations and then broadcasting the KILL, and bragging about it on TV at the White House...shrub and his minions have no conscience about their killing spree...

the whole thing is obscene and it will not sit well with Americans, who like their wars all wrapped up in pretty flags and military parades...for the most part, Americans have not seen a single drop of blood throughout the entire ongoing wars in Afganistan and Iraq, so this might really burst their TV worlds of unreality and imaginary stuff...

this was not done for the Iraqi people, who have little electricity, no phones, and therefore, no TV or internet...

this was done to brag to the American people, who all have TV and internet and are watching this carnage on CNN...it also is a warning to other muslim countries who have TV's and internet...sort of like bush* other warnings and there may be major blowback, both here and there...

14. Watch World Link TV and you can see news reports from Middle

East, including Iraq. Night before last I watched Iraqi coverage of the deaths, including man-on-the-street interviews. There were calls for the bodies to be shown on TV for all to see so apparently Iraqis do have electricity and TV.

6. I don't think repukes got any points out of the assassinations.
It took a little attention away but only for a short while. We'll be back on Niger real soon.

8. I think it was a bust...
I suspect that some of the same people that oohed and awwed over Bush in his flight uniform are going to be disturbed by the graphic pics and the idea of a 14 year old being the last survivor. Not all people that operate off of images are hard-core repukes, and I'm not so sure this isn't going to have an adverse effect on the Bushies.

9. What was the story about the initial reports of ...
... the bodies being charred? Don't see much charring in the photos.

The government trafficking internationally
in the pornography of death may not play as
well on mainstreet as in the WH focus group
of sadists and serial mass murders.

Extra-judicial killing can't be a big
help with the US image abroad unless fear
and death is the image we are trying to
promote.

Will it be good for business?

Will any religious figures speak out
against this crime against taste and
common decency.

11. This is just pathetic...

Here we chimpy saying that this is "Justice"...maybe in his world but not mine...I didn't like those guys anymore then the next person...but I would have liked to see them on trial...

Those pictures didn't even look like them...the pictures of them alive look very different to me...The one they said was ouday(sp?)look to heavy set and the beard looked fake to me...and the other son...didn't look like him at all to me...something about the neckline and the facial features...now I'm not saying there is a conspiricy going on...but I wouldn't put it past chimpy and the banana republic...

Just doesn't fit...

Does anyone have those pictures...maybe someone can post those pictures and do a side by side comparrison...to me they didn't look like the same people that were being shown in the days leading up to this...

I also read that the U.S. Military were holding the "charred" bodies until DNA testing can be done...

<snip>
The Qatar-based channel said that U.S. troops withheld the four charred bodies of the killed Iraqis inside the house for D.N.A. tests.

http://www.arabia.com/newsfeed/article/english/0,14183,409252,00.html

It also says that some U.S. soldiers were killed in this combat...did anyone else hear that some U.S. soldiers were killed during the firefight..?
