Limbaugh says he's not a hypocrite

I was wathcing CNN and they said that Rush said that He was not a hypocrite regarding drug abusers and what he said in the past.

From what I can gather, he is parsing words or using a "Clintonism" (a term they always like to use), in this statment.

The term that he likes to connect to drug abuser is "Convicted", therfore, since he's never been convivted of a drug crime he's not a hypocrite.

It's a pretty weak veiled argument on his part, while he know's it's quite possible that "conviction" for him could be a few months away, but by using his logic, then he would become a hypocrite.
