disgusting that 45% of the people they surveyed, have their heads so far up their asses, they would even consider voting for him (again).

America is going to get exactly what it deserves in 2004. I'm still trying to decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

But I don't know if he'll get anything more than a small, short-term boost. Unless, of course, the violence in Iraq does die down, but i'm not so sure that's going to happen.

5. Bush's reelect has been weak for a long while

His sub-50% reelect numbers vs. an "unnamed Democrat" has been all that we have to cheer about for a long while here at DU while his (supposed) approval was up in the 60% to high 60s% range.

I think we have to work this message more.
