I don't support ABB in 2004.
ABB is far too narrow in scope...what if * isn't the nominee? Furthermore, under ABB a person in my area could vote for the Democratic candidate for President and then vote to re-elect Sen. Specter and Rep. Gerlach, both Repukes.

Instead, I support a more far-reaching ABTRC...Anybody But The Repuke Candidate(s).

2. What if there's no Democratic candidate?
For me (at least in 2004), even a Libertarian is preferable to a Repuke...at least they don't support *'s wars.

3. If you help Bush get elected, you're voting for war.
By your logic, if I step into traffic and get hit by a car, it's the Driver's fault because I HAD to cross the street.

Sorry. If you help Bush, you vote for war. You can SUPPORT ANYONE YOU WANT BEFORE THE ELECTION, but if he won't beat Bush, then you might as well be honest and make your protest by voting for Bush himself.

4. I'd only support a Libertarian if there was no other non-Repuke candidate.
That's what I meant by post #2.

5. Just don't help Bush get elected.
Please.

He's got more help than he needs already without us too.

double digit? Do you remember what the job market was like in the early 90's? I do!!!

8. It has to do with w and company running this country into
the ground. It is wonderful to be full of fight and theory, but reality punches hard. A 3rd party candidate cannot win. That is giving a vote to the other side. Think of the future of your children and what will be left of this country.

9. I agree.
There are plenty of progressive candidates running, and if you can't get him/her past any hated candidate 'x', you certainly aren't going to get them past Bush.
