Recall efforts around the nation: Alaska, Nevada, Arizona
There are different recall efforts around the nation.

Idea of recalling governors spreading across U.S.

SANTA ANA, Calif. - (KRT) - The political energy California voters sparked seems to have spread to some other states facing similar troubles.

In the 18 states with the ability to recall elected officials, several elections officials reported a spike in interest and inquiries about recalls. But only a few pro-recall groups have been able to get their movements running. These states have recalls in the works:

1. Yowza
The Genie is out of the bottle. I wonder if Democrat backed recalls will enjoy the same fiscal support and overall success as the California recall. It would be marvelous if they did.

2. ALL initiated by Republicans. ALL.
Even the one to recall a Republican governor was initiated by Republicans. Don't they understand the fucking voting process?

4. In 2000 or 2001
A freeper from Mesa, Arizona my hometown tried to gather enough signatures to recall John McCain but failed dismally. Most recall efforts fail, some don't, I wouldn't worry about it. Plus recalling is part of the voting process if you gather enough signatures.
