Your Hero and mine, Paul Krugman
I just wanted to take a moment to speak of The Man, Saint Paul Krugman. This man is a genius. This man has balls of kevlar re-inforced titanium. As Homer Simpson said of Gabbo; "He'll tell us what to do!" I would'nt dare to worship a graven image, but if God said it was ok, up would go the Krugman bust. I'm not gay, (not that there's anything wrong with it) but I'd be gay for Sir Krugman. I'd be his bitch. I'd let him take the last slice of Pizza, and my last Bud light. Although, I'd gleefully spit upon those who do not respect this man's wisdom, I do not hate them. I weep for them and their ignorance. To be unable to bask in the warm glow of this man's brillance must be a cold and pitiful way to live indeed.

2. Did you read "The Great Unravelling?"
A book that all right wingers should read by Paul Krugman.

It's such good stuff I'll even forgive you for implying I'm a right winger

3. Though not as enthusiastic as you,
I salute Mr. Krugman and what he says. In his editorial today, he stripped away the argument that anyone who questioned what was going on in the Middle East was an anti-Semite. It had to be said: becoming the lapdog of Sharon has endangered the US and the world.

5. Exactly what I mean...
I was inspired to write my post due to this article.

This is why I admire this man: We all were aware of this subject, but he is able to put our thoughts into words really well. Even better, he is not afraid to write in contravention of the new, unspoken jouranlism rules, i.e., don't call Bush a liar.

9. What!?! Who!?!
Forsooth, this knave shall feel the wrath of my spittle. And not just spittle, but a healthy dollop of buttery, golden-brown lung grease. (Sorry for ruining your breakfast)

7. On BBC Newsnight last night, he was kicked around.
I didn't think he did very well last night, but his editorials are always excellent.
