Where are Dean's venues spread out geographically? How many of them are in the outer boroughs and in minority neighborhoods? If his meetup phenonmenon is taking hold in minority neighborhoods then that's a good sign for him.
I live there and there are quite a number of politically engaged people here. I'm glad to see that Clark is up to two Brooklyn venues. I'll check the meetup page later because it would be interesting to see if any of the Dean meetups are outside of the brownstone neighbhorhoods that have a high percentage of well-heeled Internet Dems. If he's starting to make inroads into the less Internet intensive minority neighborhoods then that's good news for him.
