Air Pollution and Auto-immune Diseases - question for SoCal folks
I live in SoCal and I have lupus (SLE) - I have been looking all over the internet for some information about how this terrible polluted air could affect the immune system. I know asthmatics are affected due to inflammation of tissue lining of the lungs. I am experiencing increased achiness, particular in wrist and hands and also fatigue and dull headache. Anyone else experiencing adverse health affects from pollution? Anyone know where I can get more info about this?

I am probably stuck, just have to wait it out, short of leaving the state, there's not much I can do.
