CNBC repeating Conason on Russert
I sent Russert an email complaining about his having to have a wingnut counterpoint. But this one is choice. Joe C. does a great job, he's so confident whereas the Repub is so nervous.

1. I saw it last night-Conason was superb
He has a very low-key way that points to the ridiculousness of the other guys views. He didn't have a chance.

over the heads of most cons, but Conason is good and it works. David Corn does the low key thing extremely well too.:bounce:

3. I noticed, today....
that when Conason started talking about hosw Chambliss was treated, the wingnut looked away and never looked up again - not even once, until Joe was finished.

8. Yeah...at the end he brings up Kerry's "strong liberal record."
But, then he gets talked over and then the show ends. Conason is a pure, serious liberal. He seems to be in the corner for Kerry and Clark. He notes that Dean has some liberal leanings.
