I exercised my right to vote last night.
It was mostly referendum stuff. Although there were two school board positions up for election. I voted against the Bill Owen's water bill, not because I don't believe that Colorado could use its full share of water (that share is going to dip when the water level dips however), but rather because it would force the state to adopt two water measures - and if all the measures are ridiculous and cronyistic business subsidize that's going to be what we're stuck with. I also voted against the new slot machine measure (what is Colorado trying to be - Nevada?) and voted for the measure to improve home care of the disabled.

1. Good job
So few people nowadays vote in these minor elections. I believe turnout borders around 10 %. Your vote can make a big difference in these cases.

What were the results of the referendums you voted on?
