DC Protest: Disguise Myself ? (I think NOT)

here's the thing...

in a thread yesterday about organizing the DU contingent for DC a poster suggested that we 'disguise' ourselves because we'd be photographed and/or videotaped...

well, we're going to be LIVE on c-span...

i don't even wear masks on Halloween.

the very thought of going to a protest in disguise offends me.

if i don't have the rights to assembly and dissent, then i don't live in america anymore.

'nostamj' is jeff matson (hint: jmatson backwards) he lives and works in NYC/Brooklyn and like many DUers, he's not afraid to put his 'real' name out there.

i'm not going to disguise myself tomorrow in DC. i'm not afraid to fight--in my name--for a future for my nieces and nephews.

I, Steve Guerke, salute you. If you post here your on a list....get over it. I've been on the list since at least 1965, all I ask, is when they put us in the camps... I get a nice bunk.

The point is folks, if it gets to that point, we're screwed, we will have a short time to disappear (before we are disappeared) and if you don't own a weapon of some sort (that you actually know how to use)....shame on you. I wish I could say otherwise, but I think things are about to get grimmer.
