2. it's hard work fucking up a government with checks and balances....
Give the guy a break. Sneaking fascism into a nation with a tradition of democracy is REALLY hard work. He deserves his vacations.

4. I don't think he raises anything but lots of brush.
So he is leaving his vacation at Camp David to go on to his vacation in Texas.

He certainly does have vacationing down to an art form.

But I feel safer when he's not in Washington. I even prefer Frist to him - that's how bad it is.

18. Correct
The Bush family bought it I believe in 2000, right before the election. They wanted to create the image of George as a hardworking cowboy.

7. Nah, he doesn't raise pigs on his ranch ...
... he just invites them all there occasionally -- like, Condi, Rummy, Dickwad Cheney, etc. Gives the place its former stench ...

9. It's Tax Evasion : Texas-style
If you put a few animals on the lawn of your McMansion,
you can evade property taxes by declaring yourself a "farm".

The guy is friggin' president and he still cheats on his taxes.
What an awful person Bush is... corrupt to the core

19. BabyBush owns a former pig farm and PapaBush has
his library on the former swine center of Texas A & M. Pretty appropriate, I think.

17. It's interesting they don't call it the "Camp David Retreat" these days.
Edited on Mon Dec-26-05 05:01 PM by TahitiNut
Mortimer Smirk needs a vacation from his retreat - more time off to recover from such stressful relaxation.

Of the thousands of articles mentioning Camp David in the news, only two (and the republication on other outlets) use the phrase "Camp David retreat".
