Bradenton has always been considered a very conservative town. The local line is that they have the "Whitest beaches in Florida."

6. Bradenton has a large, racially mixed community.

It is where the Sarasota working class are being forced to move because they can't afford to live here anymore. I'm on the line and getting ready to head there myself or move back to Maine in April.

I love it here, even if the Winters are getting too cold. I do like the Farmer's Market in Sarasota. Lots of good eats.

Bush is a criminal plain and simple. He spied on Americans without a warrant. That is illegal. It violates the Constitution. That along with lying to get us into an illegal and immoral war for oil and Halliburton's greed are both grounds for impeachment under high crimes and misdemeanors. Bush committed treason this time. He needs to be put in prison along with Tom Delay.
